The main thing I like about the design is that my customers are too intimidated to build it themselves. :)

The BP has become world-renown as a fantastic low volume Greenland boat. It's so low volume that Bjorn has to size each set of plans to the specific paddler. I know of no other designer who does that.
Honestly I know very little about how it works on the water. This is my fourth one and none are mine. My total seat time in a BP is precisely 30 minutes... on a flat pond. They are fun to build.

People want them. I build them.
