Black is the sexiest color and looks fast even on a slow kayak. Looks great on the rack and is an attention grabber at the launch.....but, like I said it is hot and show scratches like crazy. Battle scars are a good thing, the first cut is the deepest, but I'll admit, I really do care.

That said, in my prison of having the plans and desire to build, with no place yet to build, I ponder silly things like color. Blasphemy I speak, but I'm not really all that fond of the naked strip kayaks and will paint. But what color?
