Material: deck lines and fiberglass sleeves

Where do you guys get your deck lines from? I bought some from West Marine in Seattle and man do they shrink when dry and stretch when wet. They become so tight it is scary. I am interested in trying some Maroske fittings where do you buy the fiberglass sleeves from. Also who has the best black bungee cord I have found some that don't even last for one season and others that last forever. Some just loose their springyness. I forgot where I bought the best ones.
