1. The iPad is one of the most useful and versatile things I own. I love it.

2. Programs like Kayak Foundry or my own BearboatSP will never be ported to the iPad or its ilk.
a. It would be a HUGE (INCONCEIVABLE) amount of work
b. It would not work as well as on a regular computer
c. If you were an iPad programmer capable of even approximating the usability of Kayak Foundry on the iPad, there would be very lucrative job offers to distract you.
