kayak foundry will run under WINE (a free/open source Windows emulator) on Linux or mac, likely most other
unix-like operating systems. iPad, being mac OS X derived, should be capable of running WINE. But Apple will
probably make it difficult for you. Possibly there are other Windows emulators, commercial or shareware available
for iPad.

On a more practical level, kayak foundry, using a typical Windows UI, is heavily dependent on right-button context
dependent menus, middle and right button selection etc. for its basic operation. I'd guess it would be quite painful
to use with no mouse.
