Skin-on-Frame: Converting a S&G to a SOF

With enough forms laid out in a plan I would think the conversion would be an easy project.
So with JEM Watercraft's TV 15-32 Touring Pirogue their are 7 frames in the plans....
On the internet I have found plenty of kayaks and canoes that have been skinned but unable to find a pirogue......
