Thanks for the advice guys, I am probably going to go with a nylon or polyester for my skin because I think the sealants that work with it are more redily available from what I have read, and its sewable as oppose to gluing. If I can use the PVC liner on my folding project, if this one goes well, then that leaves me with just ordering the HH-66. BTW, what would you use to paint PVC liner, currently colour choices for it are black and green in the pond liner dept.
A new issue has risen, I tried to cut a stright 14ft strip of pine 1.5" wide with my skillsaw..... well parts of it are 1.5" wide, some not so much, should have figured this with how bad some of my 2x4 cuts were. Any pointers on how I might be able to setup a guide to keep my cuts stright? can I clamp a long piece of strapping down on top of my board to hold the saw against or am I asking for trouble in doing that?
And yes this is my first wood working project since the little builders set I got when I was seven.... wait no, I did build saw horses and a strong back prior to doing this, but I guess its really all the same project.
