The issue I had in mind was that either the kayak rack would have to be high enough to clear the raised camper position, which might somewhat defeat the reason for the pop up, or alternately you couldn't raise the camper while a kayak was loaded. This issue would be there regardless of whether the racks were supported on the camper jacks or elsewhere on the truck itself.
