Other: Covering minicell with lycra?

I seem to remember reading somewhere of someone that covered a minicell foam seat with lycra. Got a project coming up where I think I would like to that. Anyone know how this is done? Mainly just curious what you would glue it in place with. Any pointed would be appreciate.
