open a free account at flicker, picasa, your facebook account, photobucket, or any other place that does online photos. I use Picasa personally. Upload pictures to the album. Make the album public. After you can see them in the online album you can link to them.
In Picasa you open the picture and on the left side is a link to the picture. you copy and paste it into the image box and make sure you don't have 2 http:// as the box has one already and pasting most links includes this bit of web info.

Use preview to make sure its working. If you can't see the pic then some ting rong. Check your Url and make sure the link box is set to picture not album or url. Posting a link to the album is a great idea instead of a large amount of pics posted on the forum.
