I saw the aluminum beam in Nick's video and liked the idea. A week later I got a great buy (still more than 2 times a plywood strongback) on some 8020 1.5"X3" t-slot tubing. I made a template like Nick and routed the holes in the forms and it seemed to work great. I need to get my daughters SUP project done before I can start my next kayak so I have not tested it. I am traveling about 50% or more now and she has a typical 17 year old schedule so it may be a while before I can report.
