: cured epoxy in the laminate, even if it feels fully hardened and
: has stood up on your kayak for 20 years.

: I buy a couple of large syringes from the farm supply store and
: pour the epoxy into the top of the syringe while I grip it in
: one hand, covering the small exit hole with my pinky. I can mix
: up any amount of epoxy I want in this way. I like to use empty
: ketchup bottles for dispensing epoxy as they are more inert than
: dish soap bottles as Jay suggests. I've had some fancy epoxies
: (non boating application) eat through the clear plastic bottles
: over time.

: If you're putting in all the effort to make a hand crafted boat,
: why not make sure you've got the epoxy 100% right!?
