Yes. I bonded the skin (PVC coated polyester - same stuff Tom Yost likes) to the hull with 3M 5200 and stainless staples. With the 5200 the staples are really only needed to hold the skin in place while it cures. I left them in place and covered them by laminating on a 1/2" wide rub rail of the same fabric.

It was a really neat project. If/when I make another I may try some 3-layer Gortex-like fabric for the deck. Having a sealed deck that could breath a little would be nice on hot days.
