If it's bad enough, you could staple the hull and deck back to the forms along the sheer strip before glassing the outside, just tape over the staples before glassing. If it's pretty hard to push it back into place now, you might want to staple. If it moves back easily now and you think you'll be able to pull it back into shape later, just go ahead and glass the outside and then use the spreaders when glassing the inside. Either way, you should still tape over the sheer line when glassing the outside, if not, resin will make its way into the joint and cause additional headaches.
