Rob, I find your responses to the hard questions refreshing. Not a lot of people are willing to Spend the time to reply with such detailed responses. You are correct in that a Ros is a tool that in order to get everything it can offer you need to have a certain understanding and degree of skill. Once a person has acquired the skill it is amazing what a ros can do for you.

Thank you for your unwavering attention to people's needs.
