I don't know why u want to use Dacron but in case this is not mandatory, I would suggest you to contact www.cfweber.de and ask about crude cordura, before heat treatment, while, as Bill suggested, you need to shrink this on the frame. Actually you could contact any textile manufacturer(not reseller) in this respect, search in this directory www.cordura.com to find cordura manufacturers still active closer to you, Cordura is a texturised nylon 6.6 that offers an very good grip for the sealer while looking a bit fluffy compared to ballistic. You also can find ballistic usually, at the same manufacturer.
