Most manufactures have a flattening additive to reduce the gloss. The more you use the less gloss. I know Interlux has additives for the both the one and two component systems. Awlgrip has an additive for their system. Both do not sell satin/semi-gloss paints.

Ditto what Jay said: The other option is to put on a high-gloss finish and then buff it down to what ever sheen you want.
