I've never made Maroske fittings but is seems like heat would be your best option. I would probably try a light bulb placed inside the kayak next to the fitting with the boat upside down. I'm just not sure how much lower the melting temperature of the glue stick is relative to the epoxy so you'll need to keep an eye on it. You might do a test on a stick outside to see if the light will melt it. If that isn't sufficient, a heat gun might work. Even if you can just soften the stick, you may be able to poke it out with a curved piece of heavy gauge wire after it's soft.
