: I took out my deck staples and did planing and initial 80 grit
: sanding. I got a real kick out of wetting this thing down and
: seeing the true colors of what I've created. I swear after the
: first wet down I stood there in awe and stared at it for like
: 20+ minutes only thinking "I made that" :) Then it
: dried and I just had to wet it down again when my wife got home
: to show her what I've been doing.

I have had that same feeling when I look at my S&G Night Heron project and it is only a S&G project. The boat looks great so far, can't wait to see it all finished up nice and shiny.
