Here's an attached pic plus links to the Falco 16 folding kayak I completed this week. It's construction is similar to the shorter Falco 12
with the difference being the aluminum channels used instead of wood channels for the sliding panels.

Also, 4 luan ply panels / 3 sliding plates per side are used vs 3 panels / 2 sliding plates per side for the original Falco. This results
in a slightly slower assembly of 6 minutes vs 4+ minutes. Folded size of 47" X 11" X 7" is actually slighly shorter than the smaller Falco.

Everything is folded inside ( cross sections, coaming, rigging, and hatches ), so deck hatches are required to gain access
to cross sections 1 and 4 during assembly. The keel must be attached separatly, but is stored inside the boat when folded.
