: of hotglue. You can also add the strip after the hull interior
: is sanded, just before glassing. Next build I'd like to try it
: like Ted Moore and glue the sheer clamp to the deck.

Nothing better than advice from the smart Dan and yes, i will use hot glue. Amazing how daunting this seemed in the thinking and gonna buy process, but I have to tell you, I've studied your photos for hours and you have been a tremendous help. I need to get over to John's a see a properly built Black Pearl for more tactile insight. It's still a little over my head but I can do this, with a little help.
