Here to help but;
1/ I've never looked at a video's rating before running it. Only just noticed this feature.
2/ If you can switch the ability of the watcher to rate the video off then why not do so. I would guess that it then makes no difference to how it is rated by a google search.
3/ There are 90 videos and it looks like the troll has been pretty determined to dislike all of them going back 5 years. Pretty determined for an adolescent. Not sure I'm that dedicated for an unquantified reward. It feels like we are getting down to the troll's level by going through and adding a few votes to the other side of the scales.
4/ It's a niche subject. How many 'How to build a kayak coaming' videos will there ever be? If there are 3 videos say, whatever the rating, you'd watch them all.

The quality of the videos speak for themselves. Switch off the ability to rate them.
