Looks good Dave. Tie the ends of that kayak down to preserve it and for safety sake. I would consider a rubber washer under the head of the bolt to produce some resistance to vibration. Kayaks do nasty stuff to themselves at high speeds and heights, rack attached or not. lol
You may also may be able to slip a piece of vinyl tube over the bolt between the brackets to do the same thing.
