I've spent a fair amount of time looking for inexpensive clothing and really haven't found anything.

Used dry suits can usually be had on Craigslist for under $100. Make sure if you go that route, you factor in replacing gaskets.

The only other suggestion I have is to make your own stuff. Most commercial stuff that is worth anything, costs a bit.

Don't skimp, you're life is worth more than equipment.
