A non negotiable rule that should be adopted by people using epoxy is: if you think you may have got your mix ratio wrong, for whatever reason, do not uses it, just throw it away.

I use white vinegar if I need to get uncured epoxy off my skin or tools.

If the layer has still not set within a reasonable time period, try using White vinegar and a scrubbing brush on a small section. See if you can get the sticky layer off on the test section.

If it works, then you will need to use a detergent and lots of water to get the vinegar off afterward.

For future epoxy mixes make a habit of dispensing one pump resin, one pump hardener, one resin one hardener etc. Always start with the resin and end with the hardener. By alternating like this you run little risk of miscounting.
