The west 207 is a three to one mix. If your pumps are graduated for that it should be fine.
From what I recall the 207 takes somewhat longer to cure than the 205.
You probably just imagined a Great White Shark in the swimming pool. My instinct is that you got it right. Give it a bit more time.
