You sound like you may be worrying way to much. If you applied the epoxy to bare wood and it cures, there is no gray area you have to fret about. Of course we could consider many reasons epoxy will delaminate but try not to borrow trouble here. If your epoxy is not curing, make sure you have the right temp in your shop or building area. 70 degrees is what you need no matter what the manufacturer states. Epoxy may cure at lower temps but you probably would like to see it happen sometime this year. I have had to bring my boats into the house to finish curing just so I didn't have to spend a ton of cash heating the garage in the dead cold of winter. Uncured epoxy will still cure once it is warmed up.
