I took some points off carbon seat I had made before and plugged them into my 3D CAD program. It needed a lot of massaging and tweaking to get a fair surface. Pretty straightforward if you're used to 3D.

You really don't need a model to make one of these things. You could always carve the top surface from a blank of solid or laminated wood and then thin the back down after.
