: build a duplicator system for your router (think key making
: machine). I saw one in New Hampshire at a Windsor Chair shop.
: Quite basic. To create your pattern find a tractor seat and make
: a negative mould of the top surface,then make a positive mould
: from that. This will be your pattern for use with the
: duplicator. This should work well with either a block of wood or
: a glue up as you use. The duplicator has applications for any
: number of projects where multiple copies will be needed.

Great idea about the duplicator, Mark. If one thinks about it, it's essentially an analog CNC machine, using a physical model instead of a digital one. But... If your ALREADY had a digital CNC though... :)
