HECK YES!!! We need all sorts of medical fields down here. Dentists are in short order. Down here it's like the US in the 50's. The sole proprietor is still king. You can start a business and likely you will be one of few. If you put thought into it and manage it wisely you will survive... that is, if you can afford the rent at $50+/square foot, and the four-figure monthly power bill.
