Hi Malcolm. I would love to use some but have never been able to find it over here. My problem is that the entire country has the population of one medium sized US city. It just doesnt pay for suppliers to bring in specialist anything. No economy of scale. I have given up trying to source hard to get stuff and just go with whats available these days and allow perfection to elude me.

I don't mind too much though. There are other sociological benefits to living in a small country which perhaps go beyond convenience.

I will keep asking for Peruvian Walnut though, you never know when you are going to get lucky.
