My usual spot, and also my favourite, is the area between Tahilla cove, Gleesk pier and Kilmackalogue, on Kenmare bay, Kerry. Launching from Oysterbed Pier.
Loads of islands, coves and caves to explore, and a lot of varied wildlife. Also, in winter we get the most spectacular sunsets on the Atlantic horizon.
