16 39' 31"N 120 19'12"E This is the best surf spot in northern Luzon and I can usually find enough room to surf my sea kayak away from the surfers. If there is no surf I have to paddle up and down the coast. Everyone along the beach knows me by now and if I paddle too close to the beach I end up doing rolls all day for the locals. If I stay a quarter mile out to sea some of the people grab the family and come out in boats for a private session.

We bought two one hectare/2.5 acre beaches here as an investment four years ago. We will build on one of these lots as soon as the road and electricity are completed in about two years.

We can keep the first lot as the second one's value is climbing like a homesick angel. We just turned down an offer 25 times what we paid for it because it will double in a few years. Thanks, Wall Street. Couldn't have done it without you.
