: I use G5 all the time for when I need to glue somethig up quickly.

: G5 does not absorb into the wood as well as "regular"
: epoxy. I quit using it to glue stuff up before wetting out

: glassing the areas with G5 have not absorbed as much epoxy
: (because G5 is thicker) and they turn out as light spots.

The reference to telfon tape is that I wrap the mini glue stick with teflon tape before fitting into the fiberglass sleeve.
