It is, Et. Linda's father is sick and we need to be there to take care of him. There is lots of water around for decent flat water paddling and lots of desert-like hills to hike. We will be able to grow fruit, vegetables of all kinds and even grapes so's I can make my own home squeezed. Linda's father is kinda old and hasn't been taking proper care so we must do what we must do. It just happens to work out that a copper/molybdenum mine is lookin' for analysts so it all works out. We wanted to retire in the area anyway so this would be great timing for us to move.
