I usually use just a little $12 razor saw. I think I bought it through Lee Valley years ago. I hold a small square against the carbon piece and run the blade against it for perfect 90% cuts. The saw is getting tired though...

CF is rough on blades. For any serious cutting (ie trimming coamings) I use a jigsaw blade designed for composites. They're not cheap but being hardened and coated they last a LONG time. Even cutting carbon.
