Strip: Need help. ive alot of bubles under my glass *PIC*

Ive been building a cedarstrip rowing boat for teh last few months and everything was going fine untill i glassed it with 6oz glass a few days ago. I put a sealer coat on aday before i put my glass on as advised then i glassed one side of teh hull then the other and when the epoxy was setting, i started noticing a few bubbles rising . I tried to force them down but they keptrising and i had to leave the boat untill the next day. I came back next day and teh epoxy was set so i sanded my hull with 80 grit sandpaper and this happened. I rubed it up with water to see if teh white colour would dissapear and it didnt and now it all looks a mess and im now considering taking off the sq area of glass and redoing it. Would this be ok to do or is there anyother way of fixing this problem
