Ouch, that is so disappointing after you have put so much TLC into the joinery. If the worst blemishes are below the waterline John VBs suggestion, and maybe some of Jay's for those above the WL.

Did this happen during the heat wave a few days ago?

If you do decide to go the heat gun route just make sure you don't heat one area so much that, if you have already glassed the inside, that glass doesn't start to come off too, or that your stripping glue doesn't all soften up.
