Fuunily enough paul, thats where im actuly from. I grew up in belfast but have been living in mayo for 10 yrs now. Get on that camel and head west because i could do with another set of hands,lol. As for you taking of the glass, did you use a heat gun at all. Ive got an aul scrap piece of glassed ply , ill take my heat gun to it and will see how it comes off and if its easy enough to do. Ill remove one side of my glass right up to my keel line then redo it .
