Noooooo!!! Oh please no. That would be disaster. Besides, the amount of time you would spend would be equal to the time it would take just to sand it to 220. The problems would be the wood filler would wet out a different color. Also the areas of the wood itself where it soaked in more or less would be different colors. I used some just to fill a tiny crack and regretted it because after wet-out it stood out like a sore thumb.
