Router bits are always hungry for fingers - I've been there & done that! For your next time get some New-Skin "Scar Therapy" - I used it on a seriously chewed thumb that the doctor in emergency couldn't sew back together. I told him to wrap it to go. When it started to heal it looked ugly but I covered it with Scar Therapy once a day for a few weeks and it healed without any visible scar: even got the fingerprint back.

I'll be using Etienne's system from now on - got to get one or two ouple of those midget planes first.
