Everyone above is right, but 1 hp Craftsman is just fine. This is extremely lite cutting, no real power required
I dislike cove and bead enough to offer you my $30 set of cutters for $15.
As said above - if you do this be very very fussy in getting the cutter and fence in proper position, then be sure you do all the strips at once. Use finger boards on the infeed and outfeed of the cutter, including hold down boards. Don't ever try to do this free hand, use a table

Two setups for the same cut later just invites the Murphy problems.
