I have only built one stripper and used bead and cove. When I had to do the rolling bevel for my inlays and the deck to hull strip I hated it. The bead and cove took me only 20 minutes per bit to set up and with feather boards I mindlessly pushed all the strips through very well centered I might add. Only thing I will change for next time is that my lumber was all rough cut so the b&c edges were rough I didn't think this would be a big deal but it did tear some of the cove edges a bit, nothing that showed up in the end but next time I will have those edges smooth before routering. The cove is a great recess for dragging the glue bottle over when glueing strips so glue mess was minimal also. I am a fan. I will only do rolling bevel on my next one for the inlays and maybe when I am done that I might have a change of heart, but for how easy b&c was to mill into the strips and the benefits I saw from it, I doubt it.
