Yep ... on occasion it can increase the cure time. If your fills aren't curing you just need to apply some supplemental heat to the area. Sometimes it can be faster to just dig out the rubbery epoxy and mix a new batch with a little less filler. When I fill holes I use a mixture of Cabosil and wood flour.
