Thanks for the reassurance... I thought maybe I was going crazy.
The second batch set up way better than the first after much waiting and anticipation..
I think maybe I need to work on my patience. It's tough though after 2+ years and being this close to the finish line!
P.S. that's not the final cordage, just speaker wire, all I had on hand to test the tunnels out.. in one side, out the other..
: Yep ... on occasion it can increase the cure time. If your fills
: aren't curing you just need to apply some supplemental heat to
: the area. Sometimes it can be faster to just dig out the rubbery
: epoxy and mix a new batch with a little less filler. When I fill
: holes I use a mixture of Cabosil and wood flour.
