No it's not a cape ann. I used kayak foundry to design this boat. It is similar to one but only 16 ft. long and slightly wider beam for use on the local lakes. I used the same cockpit and hatch shapes and similar volume both in front and back of the cockpit. It has more rocker in the bow and I tried to get a lot of rudder at the stern.
Now that I am more familiar with what I can do with the foundry I am designing a new greenland style boat. Or maybe I should say I'm designing a greenland style boat I can cal my own. I have tons of pics at heirloomkayak.com
