Corey's Goop----Has anyone heard that it can be touched up?

I just finished a bidarka and there are a few spots which while I am sure they are waterproofed are not slick and shiney.
Second boat with Goop with first one I was told nothing stick to Goop.. Recently heard Corey sells touch up kits?
Thanks for any info.
