It will be fine for lakes. The rocker is not severe and I built more of the rocker into the sheer leaving a flat keel so it could still fit a variety of waters. A lot of our races are in bays where the water is very flat. The keel line is very straight. Right now it looks more exaggerated because the bow is missing the stem and is planed at an angle. The stem flattens out the keel line.
