Anybody doing a good job with plans for a touring style strip SUP?

I poked around on the Tree to Sea site (saw some of your posts from the past) and noticed some plans available with a donation. Would any of these be a good start for a 6'-1" 220lb paddler? If not where would I begin to look?

It would be fun to design one on Ross's Kayak Foundry Program but I lack the knowledge to even begin to design one.

Working on the sailboat over the summer but would like to do a SUP over the winter. Having built kayaks and canoes in the past all I need is the templates, I think!?
