Rob,
I am actually in Sweden as much as anywhere but we do have a plant in Collingwood that I get to occaisonly I think I may have to look into making it there in the summer. One thing I have noticed is a stiff wind most of the time I am in Collingwood near the water but the Islands look like they are more sheltered.
